Pinned against nearby competition known exclusively for beach and golf, we helped Palmetto Bluff find its ownable positioning between curious people and a fascinating place. With its idyllic, marshy coast, Palmetto Bluff offers a unique and unforgettable experience for its visitors.
Palmetto Bluff’s multichannel media campaign successfully increased awareness and drove down-funnel actions, resulting in the property reaching its development goal of $40 million.
